Congratulations for Winning MNPS Best Thesis Award

21 September 2023 | All the hard work paid off. Thank you Malaysian Natural Products Society (MNPS) for recognizing my research work in natural products as Best Thesis Award for 2021/2022. The award was delivered last night during MNPS Award Night in conjunction with International Conference on Natural Products (ICNP2023) at Aloft Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. It was an honor.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to my supervisor and mentor, Prof ChM Dr Khozirah Shaari for encouraging and giving me the freedom to explore various research questions and ideas throughout my graduate study. Her continuous guidance and support were instrumental in the completion of this study and its overall achievements. Her passion, enthusiasm and care towards all her students will always inspire me to become a better person and a great scientist one day.

Hope with this award it will inspire other postgraduates who are still fighting to finish their studies. Personally I hope this recognition could drive my research team and I to do more good research for the betterment of Malaysia and sustainable future. Congratulations to all other recipients for MNPS Travel Grant Awards, MNPS Young Researcher Award and MNPS Honorary Member Award.
